With the new managed security services, NAVASTREAM offers organizations protection for their intellectual property by ensuring secure transmission of audio, video and electronic data during a videoconference on public networks.
American-based NAVASTREAM offers customers high grade encryption in a managed security service, which is leased on a monthly basis. The managed service provides consistent security updates and scaled remote management features to fit each customer’s unique requirements.

Previously, a user needed to rely on proprietary videoconferencing security applications that come bundled with different codecs for secure videoconferencing. This type of packaged security application only works with point-to-point videoconferences, relies on weak software based encryption algorithms and requires the same videoconferencing systems on each end. NAVASTREAM’s hardware-based encryption, however, offers strong encryption algorithms with 128-bit DES3, RSA and AES, enables encrypted multipoint calls and operates with the full range of videoconferencing systems.
